No Third-Party Advertising

Grondeo does not display third-party ads. We do not sell your data to advertisers. We do not share your connected source data with advertising networks.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate Grondeo, such as cloud hosting providers, database and storage providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email and customer support tools, and analytics or product reliability tools.

These providers are only permitted to use information as needed to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with law or legal process, protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, company, or product, investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Connected Integrations

When you connect a third-party source, you authorize Grondeo to access and process data from that source according to the permissions you approve.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect each source and send that data to Grondeo. You can disconnect integrations at any time through the product, where available.

Disconnecting a source may stop future syncing, but previously collected activity may remain in your account until deleted, expired under your plan's retention period, or removed according to our data deletion process.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

Activity feed data may be retained according to your plan limits. For example, some plans may include a limited activity window, while others may include longer retention.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain it for legal, security, billing, or legitimate business purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. These may include access controls, encryption, monitoring, secure infrastructure, and internal policies.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, export your information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, contact us at privacy@grondeo.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve product functionality, understand product usage, and maintain security.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children's Privacy

Grondeo is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the product, by email, or by updating the effective date above.
