What you need to get started

Granola

Access required: An API key from your Granola account. Check that your account provides API access before choosing this source.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Granola and enter your API key.
  2. Test the connection and save your changes.

Events you can review: Available meeting notes. Grondeo does not automatically extract decisions, assign follow-ups, or check whether an action was completed.

Plan and history

These built-in sources are available on Free, within its two-integration limit. Each connected provider counts once; selecting multiple GitHub repositories does not add integrations.

Your plan sets the searchable history window: 7 days on Free, 60 on Starter, and 365 on Pro. Source APIs, permissions, and connection methods determine which events can be collected. A longer history window does not guarantee a complete backfill; webhooks collect events delivered after setup.
